Despite concerns that we'd bitten off more than we could chew by promising a monthly mix for the blog, we've made it to month two of our playlist mix series and to a New Year. Any 2007 round up post would be redundant in light of Mad Skillz' "07 Rap Up" (posted below), so let's look to the future. How do we do that while playing old records ("that was mixed a long time ago")? Well, by highlighting up and coming talent like Dyme Def, 410 Pharoahs and Curtis Vodka alongside some of the jams we'll be playing this month.
