Starks and Nacey E.P.

STARKS & NACEY PHOTO

After his very enjoyable remix of Major Lazer's "Hold The Line", we were more than delighted to have Washington D.C.'s Nacey drop us a line with some heat from the new "Starks and Nacey E.P.". You can grab the full release here. You can download our picks below.

He sent us this spiffing blurb too:

"Starks & Nacey are two-thirds of Nouveau Riche, a monthly party in Washington, DC, started in 2006 by fellow DJ Gavin Holland. In 2008, the party was awarded "Best Dance Night" in the City Paper’s "Best of DC" issue, and the two have been described by the Washington Post as “some of the District’s more prolific DJs.” Starks & Nacey are known for their high-energy sets and have shared the stage with the likes of The Count & Sinden, AC Slater, Nadastrom, MSTRKRFT, Blaqstarr, Miami Horror, Scottie B and Eli Escobar to name a few. Their productions have won contests on Discobelle and Mad Decent, and recently appeared on Fool's Gold label head Nick Catchdubs's Australian Tour Mix. Their debut EP keeps things moving with an introduction to the duo’s distinctive styles, and their attitude of having fun in the club."
