"Starks & Nacey are two-thirds of Nouveau Riche, a monthly party in Washington, DC, started in 2006 by fellow DJ Gavin Holland. In 2008, the party was awarded "Best Dance Night" in the City Paper’s "Best of DC" issue, and the two have been described by the Washington Post as “some of the District’s more prolific DJs.” Starks & Nacey are known for their high-energy sets and have shared the stage with the likes of The Count & Sinden, AC Slater, Nadastrom, MSTRKRFT, Blaqstarr, Miami Horror, Scottie B and Eli Escobar to name a few. Their productions have won contests on Discobelle and Mad Decent, and recently appeared on Fool's Gold label head Nick Catchdubs's Australian Tour Mix. Torture Motherf*cker!
So I was speaking to my boy Kid Who on the IM last night and he asks me for a copy of Torture Motherf*cker, which has been making us giggle like schoolchildren at Goodness HQ for the last 6 months or so. He said something along the lines of "I cant find a copy anywhere, its not on soulseek or blogs at all". I was only too happy to oblige and upon the penny dropping that this tune possibly hadn't lit up the world in the way it really should have, I thought we'd belatedly bring you the world premier (kinda) of Torture Motherf*cker! Blaugh!

Anyone up on their Club sounds should definitely be feeling Emynd especially if you have a taste for b-boy breaks and rap. His output seems to be going from strength to strength right now with remixes like his Rock Creek Park and Mad Again re-dos doing damage on hip hop and club dancefloors.
